Early Delivery Christmas.. Never happens as the SLA still stands

<p>Spree advertised early delivery if ordes where paid for before 8am on the 20/12/2016. So i upheld my end of this. when i contacted the call centre the agent said she cannot guarantee delivery as the payment had not reflected in their account. days go by and on the 23.12.2016 i recieve an sms stating my delivery is out on delivery and will be delivered on 23.12.2016. At around 3pm i call spree only to be told that their delivery company delivers till 5pm and if i do not have it by then it will be delivered on saturday as they are still completing deliveries. at 6pm i check the track your order app and it shows that the courier came out at 4pm and no one was home... no one came to my place and still no delivery on the 24.12.2016 which i had to therafter go out on the busy christmas eve outlay more money to purchase items for christmas due to SPREE not fullfilling their agreements. most pathetic service i received from SPREE. who clearly advertising deals they cannot uphold. R1025 order and still today it has not been delivered. 28 December was not a public holiday so i cannot understand why it was not delivered then either...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
