Driver returns with my items at the gate

Hi there,

order ********** 27 I am disgusted by the attitude of the driver that had to deliver my parcel yesterday.

I received an email on monday same day that i made my purchase saying that my order was dispatched. I was impressed by your outstanding service that i ALWAYS receive from you.

With that dispatch email i assumed i would receive the parcel yesterday(which i could have,if it had not been for that so called delivery guy).

There was no sms no delivery received. So now i thought let me track my parcel. Guess what i find, a note, a disgusting note that says"could not gain access". YES my house is in a complex,but usually delivery guys call my cellphone no. If they dont have airtime they send me a please call me and i actually give them cash for airtime so they can call other people for their deliveries. But no,that driver felt that the gate is closed so hes gonna return with my parcel just like that and put some stupid excuse for not contacting me.

I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED, its stupid people like this who are going to give me second thoughts next time i wanna make a purchase because now im thinking i shouldve just purchased from Zando.****it.
