DONT USE THEIR VOUCHERS

My hubby received a R200 Spree voucher and passed it on to me. I eagarly order 2 pairs of Summer sandals. They arrived in speedily and I quickly tried them on! One pair fit and the other not. So I logged a return and it was collect speedily and I was credited R12.09 for a R139 value shoe. Now I know I used a voucher and had to pay in only the difference plus shipping, but isnt it logical to credit the value of the shoe, freeing up that amount for me to reorder another. I emailed thrice no response so today I called and the happy call centre consultant advised me if I did return both pairs they would have given me back the voucher, but the one fit so why should i have?if the other also fit Id have kept bothand used my voucher :( Now I just feel cheated :( And Since I previously had a bad experience with Spree I thought this was their chance to redeem themselves with me. OH AND I HAVE ANOTHER TWO PAIRS OF SHOES IN MY CART AND AM USING MY 2ND TIME AROUND R100 DISCOUNT VOUCHER!!! RELUCTANT TO EVER BUY NOW
