Don't know where my order is

I placed an order back in November, but to date I have never heard anything from them. I wrote numerous e-mails, but no response. Calling their customer care line is a nightmare. I kept holding for more than ten minutes, we are talking wasted airtime here. Christmas is around the corner, still no word On my order. Frustration is an understatement to what I'm feeling now. I paid cash for the order but I don't know where the order is.
