DONT EVER OPT TO TAKE A REFUND FROM SPREE!!!!

I placed an order with Spree on Jul 26, 2015 n told I can expect del 2-5 wkg days which I was happy s the items would arrive just in time for event I was to attend which was on Aug 1st, 2015. I kept on calling by the Wed as the items were nowhere near del and only to be told that there is a backlog in the del as a result of this 'BIG SALE' Spree was having. The issue that annoys me was that when I placed the order nowhere on Spree's website they DO NOT inform their cust of the backlog but instead filled with greed they kept on taking more and more orders knowing that they will not be able to keep up to this. This was suddenly now realised by them on the Wednesday of that week and then only did they start informing there cust there is a backlog prob bec of all the irate cust. I was then told that they would try best to have it del by d Fri or Sat n again to my horror was left destitute with not. to wear for the func I was to attend. I now had already other apps Sat 1st Aug and now had to run-around the morn to get smthing else and had almost no money and ended taking a loan(I now need to pay the int. for this) to get alternative. I then ret the outfit on the 3rd Aug 2015 for a r
