Do not buy from spree.com - they don't keep to their refund policy it takes more than two months and you have to keep phoning them

I have used spree.co.za twice and both times I've returned the items because they were of poor quality. They don't process your refund unless you call them multiple times. They make promises they don't keep like you'll get an email by the end of the week. That never happens. You basically have to hound them and it takes months. Don't be fooled by their website where they make it seem quick and easy. The first time I thought maybe there was an error and I'll give them a second chance. I have them a second chance and it seem that's how they operate - ********* and *************. So I'm writing this to warn other people about spree.co.za.
