dissatisfied customer

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I returned items that I bought on the SPREE website. The dress i received was in a damgaed condition. The other dress was not a good fit. I have only received store credit for the dress that was not a good fit. When i generated the return on the app, i had selected my reasons for return but when i checked, it had generated other reasons which are incorrect. My issue is that I have sent them emails but there is no response and the call centre is not picking up. i have been trying the entire Monday and Tuesday to get a hold of them.</p>
