Dishonesty, Disappointment & No Response or Accountability from SPREE

The worst service ever!!!

I bought two pairs of shoes for my daughter. I then returned them back to Spree due to one being small and one big.

I have bought so many things through Spree so this was about my fourth if not fifth order with them.

Firstly they emailed me to say they received on pair and didn’t mention the other pair which was surprising as it was in the same box.

I then shortly recieved an email that they will refund me for one pair I called to follow up in what happened to my other pair then I was advised sorry it was an error on our side we will reimburse you for that too.

Its been a month now no refund on both pairs. I called them twice and I was advised that the refundwas loaded. I didn’t get anything back so asked them to send me the proof of payment which I have asked for about four times via email and telephone.

I was advised it will be sent i still haven’t recieved it. Over and above that I went into my account plus called my bank and nothing was refunded.

Spree please can I have my money back I am annoyed and disgusted with the service and experience and I am really dissatisfied and disappointed with how you treat your customers. After I recieve my money I am definitely deleting the app and will not shop from them anymore!!!!!!

I have emails which they didnt even bother to reply to.
