Disgusting service

Im so so ****ed at the level of service im getting from spree. they told me they wont be able to fulfil my order and they will do a store credit but if i want a refund i should tell them. i did that last week sunday already. i called on monday to give them my banking details, then i called again on thursday to follow up. i was told that a manager ill approve the refund immediately and i will get confirmation via email. we are now on the second week and i havent received that email. No follow up was made on my reference, no response nothing. I want my money back
