Disgusting Service

<p>I ordered two pairs of his and her Levi's sneakers. The men's sneakers arrived, however I received an ugly pair of sandals in the wrong size instead of the ladies sneakers. I emailed, and phoned Spree to source the actual shoe for me and was told that they would investigate and get back to me. However, no one has called me back to discuss the matter or apologize. All I received was an email saying my money would be refunded about two days ago. I have still not received this refund either.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend Spree to anyone. They are quick to take your money, but totally lack when it comes to service delivery and customer service when things go wrong.</p>
