Disgusting Service - ***-1

I am completely disgruntled by your pathetic service. On the 15th of June 2018 I requested for an exchange for a Saturday Swat Shirt Black and a Ruched Sleeve Dress Burgundy as they were both big and needed a smaller size to my surprise i was sent a wrong Saturday Swat Shirt and a stained Ruched Sleeve Dress i then called your customer care line and they requested for the items to be collected and sent back to warehouse. For almost 3 weeks i had to wait for all your pathetic checks only for the same items to be returned back to me on the 10th of July in the same manner. You are the worst to deal with as i had to call your customer care line for the 3rd time to have this sorted out only to be told its the warehouse fault and you will send a courier to collect the items and the correct items will be sent to me this was on the 10th of July. I was hit by a surprise on Tuesday the 31 of July to see my spree store credit credited with with these Items which i have been waiting for since JUNE. Today is the 2nd of August for crying out load. YOUR SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND DISGUSTING.
