DISGUSTING PATHETIC LACK OF SERVICE!!!
Order number:***.I have had it with Spree-they are the most useless company i have ever dealt with!!!!Why do i,a client,need to teach them how to do their job????I returneditems in February-it relflects that the return was logged BUT TO DATE i am still waiting for my refund.I call weekly and am promised that follow up will be made and calls will be returned but alas this never happens.There does not seem to be a notes system in place as every time i call no one can recall previous conversations ????I am NOT referring to the refund done to my card-that is settled-this is for the returned items paid for by EFT on above order number.<br> <br> Spree needs to take a page out of Zandos book and learn a thing or 2 about customer service!!!
