Disgusted!!!

<p>I order 2 sunglasses from the Spree on Friday 14th September. This was from the Spree sale. I received an email confirming my order with a delivery date. To my surprise, the order was delivered the same day. This was my first time ordering something from Spree. I arrived home extremely excited to open the box. To my disappointment I received an incorrect order.</p> <p>I decided to return the order and place a new one on Monday 17th and again the order arrived the same day. Unfortunately this time one of the sunglasses was damaged. I called Spree on Tuesday morning and spoke to one of the team leaders. I raised my issue and said in no uncertain terms was I willing to go through the whole return process and reordering. The team leader went on to tell me that the matter would be sorted out and that she's putting the order through for me. I patiently waited for 2 days for the order to arrive. </p> <p>I then called on the 19th September to find out about the sunglasses. Since I received the first two orders on the same day I expected that it would take at least two days. The agent I spoke to assured me that the manager would call me today but nothing... I went on to tell the agent to tell the manager to cancel my order should I not receive anything by today and still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've received no confirmation of a reorder or a cancellation. They've completely kept me in the dark with regards to what's happening. </p> <p> </p> <p>Spree I refuse to follow up on your mistakes. Don't you check before packing? </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm extremely disappointed and I now realise that I should stick with Zando and Runway.</p> <p> </p> <p>May I at least have my money back!????????</p> <p> </p> <p>You really need to learn about customer service. I'll never order from Spree again!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
