************** and no delivery

I placed an order on the 29/07/2015 and made an EFT for payment, I then sent an email with proof of payment to the support email address as well as requested for delivery to be made at my work place NOT by post. Nobody had decency to respond to my email and I got confirmation that my parcel is on its way. On calling Spree on 06/08 I was informed that they do not deliver to Umlazi ( **************) and that the parcel was sent to a post office and Roxina promised to call back with iformation about the post office which it was delivered to, she never phoned back. 07/08 I phoned Spree once more and spoke to Nuraan and she was getting Roxina to call back. Nowhere on the website does it mention that they do not deliver to black townships otherwise I would NEVER have bought from Spree. I am disgusted with the service and shocked that this day and age companies are discriminating against races. Up until now, my parcel has not reached me after making a payment.
