DISCOUNT NOT APP****

I am disillusioned, to say the least, with the service from Spree. This is the second occasion which I have purchased from Spree and have had a discount/ voucher code which has not been app****. <br> <br> An email sent to me from Spree clearly says that a 25% discount will be app**** if you download and purchase through the app. I did exactly that and no discount was app**** at all. I did purchase one item from Mango, which is excluded in the promotion but why wasn't the 25% discount app**** to the balance of my order?<br> <br> I have previously experienced the the same issue with the R100 voucher received by signing up for the newsletter. I never received the benefit of this promotion either.<br> <br> It therefore appears that these promotions are not what they purport to be and this is an infringement of the Consumer Protection Act in various respects.I have been requesting that Spree please revert soonest with regard to refunding the 25% portion to me since 11 January 2016 and have simply been ignored.
