Disastrous refund service
I bought a few items on Spree.co.za, then got told some of my items weren't available. I requested a refund for which i am still waiting. I phoned, emailed, tweeted and for a whole month and nobody helped me.
I then returned one of the items they sent because it wasn't what it looked like online, and again, I called, emailed, tweeted for a whole month with no luck! This is the worse service ever received!
