Disappointing

I have been struggling for 2 weeks to get any reply from Spree regarding my order. I have spoken to 5 different agents (I phoned every single time) and they just passed the buck every time, sent numerous mails (which they do NOT respond to at all) and now I am struggling to get my money back after cancelling my order. Terrible and disappointing!
