Disappointed in this online shopping outlet

I am sadly disappointed in the service I have been receiving from Spree to not delivering my items on time when I have chosen same day or one day delivery and not even refunding my delivery money. The last straw is a purchased an item that also didn't get to me on time after I had made an additional payment for the same day delivery and to top it off it tore the first night of me opening it from the packaging it came in and wearing it. Now what is also frustrating is that they still haven't reverted back to me interns of the return and refund. It's been well over a week and still no feedback. I just want my money back and to be treated fairly as a loyal customer.
