Disappointed

Hi i have placed a order with spree on the 29th of May witch i did pay for my order, the next day my order was canselled they did not recieve my payment.... it went of my credit card R1151.50. I send emails, and everytime they they say 4-7days refund. It is today the 15th of august. Still not recieved my money back. Order no is # ********** 88
