Disappointed

Logged a return on an item 5 days ago... still waiting for it to be picked up,, no feedback received on the query,, I've done the same thing with Superbalist on the same day I've already received my exchange... This is the worst service ever received from an online shopping store,, I'll think twice before buying something from them again... so disappointed,not happy at all.
