Delivery service poor

<p>I ordered items online on 13th November.</p> <p>This morning i received an email stating - Yeah your packaged has been packed and ready to go.</p> <p>Date: 23 November. ???????</p> <p>What???? Why would you send out an email to tell me it is ready but can only be shipped more than a week away?</p> <p>That is extreme POOR delivery. Why are you guys selling stuff online if your delivery SUCK?</p> <p>I have a year end function and need to fit that dress for the saturday after your delivery. Making it impossible to actually get something else in the instance the dress is poorly made. If the parcel is ready why can it not be shipped immediately? Do u have a problem with your delivery services? If so, please try to use another company who can provide you serivce within 3 days or customers will stop buying from SPREE.</p>
