Delivery late and no help from call centre

I especially ordered a gift from Spree for a Baby Shower tomorrow and was promised that it would be delivered by 01 Dec 2017 (a week from ordering). I would not have placed the order if i had known that they will not stick to their promise! After calling them once every day since Wednesday explaining to them that it needs to be delivered by Friday and that i dont have money for another gift, they merily asked me to wait after waiting for minutes to speak to a consultant!!! Then when i called today on 01 DECEMBER 2017 the consultant after keeping me on hold for iver 20min hung up the call!! If this is the service i get i will advise EVERYBODY not to order from them!!!
