Delayed Refunds
Waited over a month and a half for my refund. If I hadn't called I would not have even known that my refund wasn't showing as a request on their side. Had to follow up every week because they just weren't pulling through. Disappointed but not surprised as I've ALWAYS had some kind of issue with Spree. Definitely learnt my lesson and will not be using them again. Also unfriendly assistants who gave me an attitude.
