delay feedback and delivery

You failed to reply to my email and even the supervisor never call me back after i complained with delay delivery. I am so disappointing with the service i got from the company when they couldnt explain the delay delivery. atleast a respond to my email if the supervisor was too busy to call me as their customer. Despite the disappointment i still went on an order again my delivery were delayed and still no one is willing to give me an explanation. if this is the service we will be getting i ask myself how convenience it is if i order things and do not get delivered on the promised time frame
