<p>I ordered boots from Spree on May 30. The website promises delivery within 2 to 3 days. I'm now on day 8. They have a backlog, for which they have apologised. However, when I phoned them today, no one could tell me when my parcel would be delivered. so it could be next week, or the week after, or never. My e-mails go unanswered. I want to cancel my order, but fear my refund may take a year. This is the last time I will be using this website. Appalling service!</p>
