damaged goods / no response

I recently purchased two items from your store. i would like to express my extreme disappointment with this order.<br> <br> I received two eyeliners that looked fine from the outside. I had actually GIFTED them to friend, which was even more embarrassing!!!! Once she opened them, the brushes on them were falling apart and broken. Also, it seems like it has been used because of the brushes and there is HARDLY any product in the container? I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN THIS AS A GIFT TO HER AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT. It has already been an embarrassing situation and i won't be able to ask her back for it.<br> <br> I wanted to bring it to your attention.<br> <br> For such a reputable company like yours that maintains such high standards and bears a good reputation, this is totally unacceptable.<br> <br> Regards
