DAMAGED GOODS and only worn once

so I bought Bardot Neckline Long Sleeve Dress Khaki Green on the 14th of this month and it was looking lovely, the dress arrived on the 16th and it was looking lovely and I loved it, then on the 20th I wore it to work and yes I got the compliments as expected. so on the 24th before I did the laundry I noticed that the stitches were coming out and the dress was tearing, like I am so disappointed as I love this dress and I love spree and it was my first purchase of which many were to follow but after this experience im not seeing myself shopping and worse I had recruited people from work who just received they orders last week, like what can be done to resolve this as I am not happy at all
