Customer Service Sucks
I bought and paid for items at Spree and surprise surprise one of the items was out of stock. I requested my R90 to be refunded on the 25th of Oct. No response, only got the refund on the 19th of Nov. Now that they owe me R1151 thanks to nearly all the items I bought on black Friday going out of stock, I suppose I'll get a refund next year. This is from endless emails that they dont respond to, calls that do not get answeres. Starting to hate this place now. In case you are interested, one of my order numbers is ********** 01
