Customer service nonexistent

They canceled order due to out of stock items. Bought elsewhere and requested refund. Then I receive an email saying that order has been sent???? I still await refund and didn't receive items.

I rest my case. You no longer manage complaints on any of your platforms. No response via email, you lie to me over the phone (told me on Saturday that refund will be processed on Monday, told me yesterday that a manager approved refund and it will be processed) and reply with "copy and paste" responses on Facebook messenger. Still no refund. So which platform do you suggest I use!?
