Communication non existent

<p>I placed an order on the 26th May 2017. To date no delilvery has been received - the bigger issue here though is communication. After being offered to speak to a manager. I dealt with a consultant called Jamie. Lovely girl but just speaks too much and even says that she didnt call me to update me on my order as she just didnt have time and never had an update. This after i was escalated to her for no communication. Next service failure takes place when Jamies manager now calls me... Tracey Volkwyn, promises again that delivery will take place before 14h00 today on the 7th june and that she will call me after 14h00 to ensure that delivery has taken place. i then brace the storm and make my way to the office even thogh i could work form home to wait for the parcel which once again does not arrive nor do i receive a call fom the manager Tracey!!!! If my parcel was held back and not delivered because of the storm, this wouldve been ok but the least you could have done was COMMUNICATE!</p>
