Collection / Returning Packages

<p>I have subscribed to getting Spree promotional emails but have never bought from them. I was quite excited when i received a promotional email to get an added discount for my first purchase. i then bought some shoes and jewellery and excited to get my items. My package was not couriered to me however i has to collect from a clicks i could choose. I then tried my items on and the shoe i had bought was too big so i logged a "collection" for the parcel. I dropped my parcel of on the 28th July already and still the parcel has not been collected!!! I just want my money back... i then emailed to follow up and nothing! The service is not like Zando or Takealot... Spree is probably the worst online shop and i advise you to not buy anything from them ever. Service is terrible... the least they can do is atleast reply to my email and process my return... I just want my money back as now i have purchased goods that i no longer have...This online store is a ****!!</p>
