Check out is a nightmare

<p>I added an item to my cart, tried to checkout, and it said please type in your OTP issued my your bank. I'm not issued one by my bank for online shopping. I use VCPay, and they don't issue OTPs either. So that attempt failed. Then I tried again and it said please verify you address. I tried and it said that my address couldn't be verified.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually, I was left with an incomplete order, and it was the last one in stock. So I had to wait for the order to be cancelled and removed from my cart, so I could attempt to add it back and try to pay again. The same process happened, enter OTP, payment failed, verify address, failed. I'm stuck with an item that I can't pay for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I eventually gave them my card details and said, I can't pay so you'll have to do it for me. This whole process took 2 hours or more to complete. Spree, fix your checkout process as it is very clearly broken. I've never had to enter an OTP for checking out with my card when shopping online so I don't know why you require me to do so here.</p> <p> </p> <p>My order was completed, but only barely and I think it had very little to do with my efforts either.</p>
