Charged for item that I didn't receive

Dear Spree,

I am Extremely disappointed at the customer service at Spree.

My account was debited and stock was available when my money was taken. So please advise me why now all of a sudden there is no stock.

No one contacted me personally to ask if I would like a full refund.

I do not accept this silly email apologizing.

Do not advertise, take the money out of my account and then tell me you are out of stock. Why advertise then? Why debit my account?

Please do not ask me to call you for my refund, have your contact center call me and refund my money. I do not want store credit.

This is highly unprofessional from you guys.

Extremely disappointed and doubt I will ever shop with you guys again. Further to the above, I've sent this email twice awaiting a response, only to have both my emails deleted without being read. Absolutely horrible customer service Spree. After getting no response, IO had to use my airtime and call you guys to sort out the mess you made. I must admit the lady over the phone was helpful, but she had no answer to my my questions.

She promised me that I would get a response to my email and Im still waiting. Kindly respond to my email and refund me immediately!!
