Can't handle a simple exchange! Ridiculous

A simple exchange and it cannot be done. I purchased an item that required a simple size exchange . Spree collected the parcel and then after a REALLY long time eventually sending me the new size they sent me the COMPLETELY WRONG PRODUCT. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORIGINALLY ORDERED.
