Can I please have my money back

<p>I bought an item from Spree which I later returned and requested for a cheaper item. The difference was then placed on my store credit. I do not know how many times I have been calling spree to get them to refund my money back into my account. Can someone please look at this I am really not happy with this kin of service. What is really irritating is that everyday I call I deal with a different person who then gives me a commpletely diferent process and my money never gets to me.</p>
