bought printed dress, sent me a plain black one
Ordered a Mango dress from [URL Removed] in a beautiful print. Received a plain black dress, which according to the label is a R150 CHEAPER than the original price I paid for the printed dress. I paid R599, the label says it's 25.99 Euros which works out to about R450. Called them just to be told that when I send the dress back there will have to be an investigations done, and they can't tell me when or IF I will receive the dress I ordered.

Since this is an authentic Mango item which you have purchased, we dispatch the items in the original packaging as received from the supplier.
Since the supplier is an International one, their currency is listed as such. We however cannot account for the fluctuation in exchange rate.
We have prioritized the investigation concerning the item ordered versus the item received.
