Bogus FREE RETURNS promises

I was so excited by the idea that I can order the shoe size that I want since I am a size 3. I had used designer shoe outlet before with no problems and decided to order with [URL Removed] since receiving marketing emails from them. After ordering 3 pairs of shoes from them and one did not fit me, I returned it using my own funds as instructed by them after calling them and filling a return form online. They advertise free returns with their refund policy if goods are returned within 30 days. I am just so annoyed that after so much liason with them via telephone and email, they go and refund only the order amount and ignore the postage receipt I emailed countless times to them and one they acknowledged receipt of via email and confirmed they will pay. Now when I call to enquire? my details are taken down and I am never called back! I've emailed the lady who was handling my order, no response! Its a pity that they have to spoil such a service with bad customer service and mispresentation and false advertising. If Spree could not cover the costs of the postage for the returns it should have been so stated and customers can use their own discretion to order or not having full knowledge.
