Black Friday Hoax Sale

Everyone looks forward to Black Friday, so I was all ready when 12am striked and I went online on my spree app, I made 5 purchases in 2 minutes. Wanted to be as fast as I could even making eft payment as soon as I got the order details. So I kept checking my order and called in on the 29/11/2017. They told me to e-mail the proof of payment which I did. I was then told that there was a delay because of Black Friday and that my order will be couriered by Monday the 8th December. I had no problem with that. Then I got an e-mail last night 05/12/2017, informing me that none of my items I ordered and paid for on the 24/11/2017 is available except for 1 sweater (R66) and that they will be happy to give me a store credit or refund the money into my account. Well I was not happy so I called them this morning 06/12/2017, to find out what the reason was that all 4 items suddenly became unavailable. I spoke to Ni-shaat who informed me that all 4 RVCA items was pulled back from my order because it “wasn’t up to standard” I told her that does not make sense as my sister in-law ordered exactly the same items just in different sizes and she received hers. So are there different manufacturers making RVCA?? How come her sweaters where up to standard? The response I got was that I will receive a 50% off voucher off my next purchase, which I don’t want. I want the items I purchased or similar I purchased them as gifts for family. I told Ni-Shaat I am online and I see similar sweaters and backpacks on their APP why can’t they just replace those items it’s clearly available. I don’t want a 50% voucher when I got almost 80% off the items I ordered and paid for on Black Friday and asked to speak to the manager who was suddenly in a meeting. I’m not accepting the reason that my items were not “up to standard”…. Why did my sister inlaw get her order? we were online at the same time!
