beyond pathetic

<p>I'm beyong disgusted with the lies I'm receiving from your customer service. I have sent numerous emails enquiring about my refunds which have" been processed" for over 4 weeks now. Request 657275, 657291, 635881, 632052 . I called more than four times and been told it is being processed . I want my store credit of R 215.20 refunded to my credit card. I don't intent purchasing anything anymore from your store. Your service is pathetic and you don't give a damn about your customers. I also want my refund for order not fulfilled order ********** 90.</p>
