Been waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery!?
How shocking is the service?! I placed AND PAID for an order on 22 July 2015 and the parcel was packed on 25th and handed to the courier on the 27th! Then get told by Customer Services, that I must follow-up with the courier? Surely that's not MY duty as a customer, especially since I've been waiting almost 3 weeks since it was packed???<br> I keep getting fobbed off and now I'm really annoyed!!!
