SPREE HAS COLLECTED MY PARCEL A WEEK ALREADY, THATS AFTER 1 WEEK I ADVISED THEM THAT PARCEL WAS TO BE COLLECTED. SO DO I HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS THIS TIME FOR A REFUND???
