BE WARNED - Spree do not refund customers for wrong items delivered...

Spree has not refunded me for a wrong item delivered since June 14. No response on emails etc. My refund reference - ********** 23-1. When I checked on their FB page there were numerous complaints about them not refunding customers. PLEASE BE WARNED.
