<p>Been waiting for my order for 7 days now - no reply to my emali and phoning the call center is even 10x times worse. Requested my order to be cancelled and for a refund but seems as if that has fallen on death ears too. I will for one NEVER buy from Spree EVER AGAIN</p>

I agree - this delay has not been good at all. To both our affected customers and ourselves.
Since the the onslaught of this delay we have been sending out email correspondence to all affected customers - I truly regret if you have not received any notifications.
We are doing our best to work through the aftermath of this delay, I am relieved to see that your package was delivered. I trust all was received in good order.
