Bad service. The support team is useless

<p><br />One thing I cannot stand about Spree is that when you complain they close the ticket without assisting or responding. Then have a nerve to send you an email saying you shoud rate the support you received.<br />"What support??" as if thats not annoying enough when you click on the link to rate the service it says "You have already taken this survey". They don't bother responding to complaints and then they'll insult you by sending you an email telling you that they've closed the ticket. Last I returned two items and the refund was less than the money I paid. I asked why,they didnt bother they just closed the ticket.<br />Still don't know why they didn't refund me the full amoun***** just annoying. Kelly closed this ticket without explaining to me why I wasn't refunded the full amount(#613929).And <br />#636077 Bukho please explain what support you provided before closing this ticket?</p>
