bad service pooor poor

On the 24/06/15 I purchased goods from Spree to the value of 774.00 order no : *** and then via online banking wired the payment and sent proof same day. I then waited for my tracking number I waited till today. And then after realising nothing is happening today I called Spree to find out whats going on and was so shocked to hear that my order was cancelled due to non payment. A5nd whats more frustrating is that thus is not the first time. No o*ne says a thing and worse part is that I paid and if I did not call I assume I would still be waiting endlessly. <br> I like shopping and Spree but I am not sure if I still want to do that anymore, their admin department is soo not up to date. I still do not know what is going to happen. <br> <br> Im expected to wait to to three days for the order I have long paid for and this is totally not accepted.
