Bad service ever

<p>I have ordered boots and 4 days later were deliver, Immediately on the 3rd June 2016 i have requested a return but still not till today nothing has happened, i have called the call centre which i hold for an hour and eventually lady answered and she promised they call me back on the 6th June 2016 but still nothing. I need my money transferred back to my account if they cant collect their parcel hence it will be another process to do reversal payment</p>
