Bad service and ignorance

I have ordered from Spree on the 27th August order number ********** 22

I have returned some items and call the call centre to notify them that my email address was changed will not be able to use the old account number which the lady on the agreed to change as per my request.

2 weeks later I sent them an email to notify them that I still have not get my credit to my account and I got the reply that unfortunately they can't help with credit from other account to the another one.

I have called the call centre , holding for too long and eventually when the call has been answered only people whose talking and laughing in the background

Pathetic service ever
