Bad service

I recently purchased 2 coats from spree, They were delivered on time but the problem was the other coat didn't have the belt, i immediately phoned them, they said they will look in to the matter and contact me back and no one has done so, i phoned them again after 2 days they still told me the same story and said they will phone back before C.O.B, i wore the coat without the belt hoping that they will maybe deliver the belt but till today nothing has been done, i tried to return in and felt like it wouldn't be fair for me to return something that i had already worn, i am still stuck with the coat with not belt,
