Bad service

I placed an order on the 26th and made payment on the 27th. Four days later my status still shows pending payment. I then checked payment made so that I can resend my proof of payment and realized that I short paid by R40.00 which I made payment immediately and emailed POP. In all that, no one from spree cared to contact me to inform me that I short paid. None the less, the short payment was made on the 31st July, and on the 3rd I get an email that my order is cancelled. On what grounds. I emailed spree on the support add, no feedback. When you call you hold for too long. Today I was on the line for over 15 minutes waiting for a supervisor. I just want my order reinstated and delivered. Spree is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life, you take the cup shame.
