Bad service

Three weeks ago I placed and paid for my order with Spree. An order was delivered to me and upon opening it up I realised that it wasn't my order. I phoned the call center and reported this matter and was told that the lady who deals with these matters will get in touch with me. I then phoned again last week and was told the same thing. I sent a mail to last week Thursday again to report the matter and still no response from Spree. It is so disgruntling to realise how much money I spend at Spree and get such disgraceful service. To this day I still do not know where my order is and I have paid for this.
